Military Purpose Products at the HeliRussia exhibition

Dear participants of HeliRussia 2024!

One of the opportunities at the International Helicopter Industry Exhibition HeliRussia is the process of including Military Purpose Products into the exposition (hereinafter – MPP). This opportunity is envisaged in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1892-r of July 14, 2023, securing the list of international exhibitions of military products held on the territory of the Russian Federation.

To include the product into the list of MPP, HeliRussia participant should provide the originals of the range and quantity of MPP to the contact person in the stipulated form, as well as a copy of the cover page of the advertising passport for each product by February 19, 2024.

Attention! The List includes only samples of military products, authorized for transfer to foreign customers and having valid advertising passports. Demonstration of military products at the exhibition that are not included in the List approved by the Russian Ministry of Defense is not allowed. 

In case of the uncertainty in the classification of such exhibits planned for demonstration at the exhibition being MPP or civil products, for identification examination, it is necessary to contact the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (115324, Moscow, Ovchinnikovskaya embankment, 18/1).
