Round table «Shaping and design issues in Cabin & fuselage elements of the aircraft»

Nowadays, buyers favor intuitive, tactile and overall feel of modern aircraft design and its elements.
Increasing requirements to the quality of aircraft design, components and assemblies are causing increase in importance of competitor design and analogs analysis, structured and continuous cooperation between design bureaus and departments during aircraft development stage, as well as main principles and methods of creating esthetically correct and stylistically modern solutions.
The lack of needed attention to the style of visual elements and details during the aircraft design and manufacturing processes that affect the appearance of aircraft fuselages and interiors is one of the most pressing issues in design process.
The round table concerning the problems of aircraft fuselage and interior design and shaping will be held during the International «Aircraft Design» Forum.

Main topics:
1. Cooperation between design offices and design departments in the aircraft development process: problems, consequences of works consistency of decisions.
2. Design researches as a main competitive advantage at initial stages of development of new samples of the aircraft analogue competitor analysis in shaping, style, ergonomics.
3. Cabins’ finishing (stitches, lines, edges) – a problem of absence of due consideration to the fine detailing influencing intuitive, tactile and general impression during aircraft operation.
4. Fine detailing (handles, levers, rails, information displays, touch key panels) – a problem of absence of due consideration to the fine detailing influencing intuitive, tactile and general impression during aircraft operation.
5. Shaping and style of non-load bearing structures (partitions) and panels of the fuselage — a problem of absence of due consideration to the fine detailing influencing intuitive, tactile and general impression during aircraft operation.

Professionals are invited to participate in the field of aircraft, transport and industrial design, design offices, the faculty of technical universities, students, and aircraft operators.
