Experts predict stable and long-term growth in the global civilian helicopter market. Active improvement of production technologies contributes to cheaper operating costs, and an increase in speed, flight range, comfort, autonomy, security, as well as the development of a shared consumption economy will allow helicopter aviation to occupy part of the private aircraft market in the near future and become an alternative to ground transportation.

An increase in the fleet of operators entails the need to create the appropriate infrastructure: service centers, fuel stations, landing sites, as well as intelligent dispatch systems.

Only to meet the needs of air ambulance in Russia, investments of at least 3 billion rubles are needed to equip seats near medical facilities and in hard-to-reach settlements.

The seminar will examine the foreign experience of joint use of helipads by intelligence agencies, commercial and private operators, and security agencies. Participants will also talk about the features of the design and construction and modernization of ground-based helicopter infrastructure facilities in various regions, share practical experience in operating land and water platforms, and assess the prospects for the return on investment in these facilities.
